First Fitting

Once you order a harness from us, you will experience a first fitting, where we will cast your legs and arms, and check every measurement to ensure unparalleled fit.

You will meet our team and we will work with you to determine design elements to make your dream harness a reality.

Check-In

After the pieces of your kit have begun to take on shape, we will meet with you to ensure that you are satisfied with what is being produced. We will confirm alignment of pieces, check comfort, and adjust whatever is needed to make certain that you are satisfied.

Final Fitting

When your full system is ready, you will be invited back to the armoury to experience the final touches, and will be encouraged to finally put on and try out your kit in a friendly match with one of our knights.

Maintenance and Repairs

Sanctuary Armoury stands behind our work and the integrity of the system we build for you.

We will work with you during the build to ensure that every element is satisfactory, and if anything fails to meet your expectations or our own, we reserve the right to replace it.

After one year of use, we will offer clients the opportunity to bring in their harness to be reviewed for any wear and tear and strap replacements caused by ordinary combat and regular wear.

We cannot offer service or replacement should clients choose to significantly modify their harness system by their own choice, replace major elements, or alter key pieces, as by definition, it is no longer the system we agreed upon when the client left with the finalized harness system.

Should a client's body significantly change shape, we offer clients who have purchased a system the opportunity to, with agreement from the team, replace elements which no longer fit at a cost.
